How long does the therapy last?


Typically, a session will last an hour and the number of sessions needed for effective treatment will vary depending on the situation. To stop someone smoking or biting their nails for example, can often be achieved in one or two sessions. Other problems that require analysis such as those involving confidence and personal development, may take anywhere between 1 to over 10 sessions. This is mainly due to the time taken to find a particular set of experiences that are rooted to the problem.
